GETTING HERE

In this age of cars and ships and trains and planes it is unusual to find a place that cannot be driven to.  But then that's the beauty of Paradise Lodge.  No one is here by accident.  No one is here because the Vacancy sign was lighted as they drove by.  Everyone is here on purpose and loving it.

Whether you arrive either running or walking the Rogue River Trail, or as part of a fishing or rafting or kayaking party, or as a result of a spectacular trip on a jet boat, you'll be given a hearty welcome by the staff at Paradise Lodge.

Technically:  We are located on the Rogue River 52 miles upriver from Gold Beach, and 76 miles downriver from Grant's Pass.  Access is by foot, canoe, kayak, raft, drift boat, or jet boat.  There are no roads or commercial power or telephones to Paradise Lodge.

Paradise Lodge is a rare commodity.  Definitely worth the effort to get to!
